FAQs
How do I order my fuel online?
Click on our order form and complete it. You'll be asked for your address, your contact information, how much oil you want, your tank type and location, when you want the oil delivered, and your payment method.
How do I determine how much oil to order?
You should order an amount that your tank can accommodate, but generally not less than 100 gallons. Check the fuel gauge to determine how full the tank is. If you are unsure of the tank's total capacity, check the tank itself for a label or imprint indicating capacity. A typical tank is 275 gallons. If a 275-gallon tank is less than one-quarter full, it can accommodate a delivery of 150 gallons.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For online orders, we accept major credit cards, including MasterCard and Visa.
How do I locate my Oilheat fill pipe?
If you are unsure where the fill pipe for your oil tank is located, you can find it by checking your tank, if it is aboveground. The fill pipe will lead directly from the tank to a covered outdoor inlet. If you have an underground tank and you don't know the location of the fill pipe, please call our office.
When will you deliver my fuel?
You can specify your delivery date on the online order form. If you are having an emergency and you need fuel urgently, please DO NOT USE THE FORM. Instead, call our office as soon as possible.
How do you protect my credit card information?
Our Web site uses the most current Web technology to ensure that your order is safe and secure, and we will never share your personal information.
