Sunshine Oil adds value to your Oilheat service with low prices, special discounts, budget plans and price protection. By combining our services, you can get excellent prices, lock out inflation, and pay for your heating oil as a regular monthly expense.

Budget Plans

Our budget plan makes Oilheat costs more manageable by making them a regular monthly expense. Rather than paying for your oil as each delivery is made and overtaxing your budget in winter, you can choose a 10- or 12-month budget plan that adds predictability and spreads out the cost.

We set your monthly payment at the start of the budget year by calculating your anticipated usage and the expected price. At the end of the budget year, we make a final accounting to allow for changes in price (if applicable) or usage, then we credit your account if there is a balance or send you a bill if there is a shortfall.

Price Protection

A Sunshine Oil price protection plan locks in preseason oil prices and locks out inflation. If you choose our Capped Price program, you can also take advantage of falling prices. Customers must be on automatic delivery to be eligible for price protection.

Pre-Pay

Our pre-pay program allows you to pay for your entire fuel supply before the heating season and lock in a preseason price for every gallon you reserve.

Fixed Price

With Fixed Price, we set your price when you sign up, and every gallon under the contract is priced the same. A Fixed Price program can be combined with a budget plan.

Prompt Pay

Every time you pay your oil bill within 10 days or less, we wiil give you a 20¢ per gallon discount. You can lower your heating bills all season long just by paying on time.

Senior Citizen

Customer Referral Program

Sunshine Oil counts on favorable word-of-mouth from our customers to fuel our growth, and we reward customers who "recruit" for us. Heating Assistance Programs

Sunshine Oil works with customers who receive heating assistance from the state and from other programs such as Citizens Energy.
